DR19 UK

Equipping your Parish to Move from Maintenance to Mission

7—8 February 2019 | Bethel Convention Centre, Birmingham

Fr James Mallon, together with priests and lay leaders from parishes using the Divine Renovation model, will share their stories, experience and wisdom through a range of keynotes, seminars and interviews, interspersed with prayer and worship.

+ Hear from parishes around the UK in a variety of contexts that are experiencing fruit from using the Divine Renovation model
+ Reflect on the first steps to take to becoming a more outward-facing parish
+ Discover how to become an even better leader, either as a priest or lay person
+ Learn about how to form effective and contagious teams
+ Develop your vision and learn how to communicate it
+ Explore what a missional parish looks like for youth ministry, children’s ministry and sacramental preparation
+ Learn how to align hospitality, music and homilies towards mission

DR19 UK is both for parishes that are just beginning, and those who are already on the journey from maintenance to mission. It is designed for parish priests and lay leaders to work towards renewing their parishes together.

Have you been inspired by reading Fr James Mallon’s Divine Renovation? Perhaps you know that your parish needs to become more missional, but you don’t know where to start?

Or maybe your parish is already evangelising? Maybe you are starting to see fruit and would like there to be even more!
